Scentsy Story
Hi! My name is Stephanie Simms and I am a working wife and mother of five children and one very spoiled little dog. My hobbies are spending time with my family, watching movies, eating out with friends, reading and going to the beach every chance I can get.
I have been a school teacher/librarian at a PreK-12 school for 26 years now. I truly enjoy my job. I don't feel like there are many jobs out there that are as rewarding and fulfilling as being an educator. I get and give at least 50 hugs a day! How many people can say that?
I heard about Scentsy through a friend on social media. One day, while cleaning my home, I realized that I truly care about the way my home smells to other people. However, finding scents that would last longer than just a week or two was almost impossible and became very costly to keep up. I also realized that I LOVE to try new scents regularly throughout the year and hear what my husband, kids and visitors to our home had to say about them. The questions I wanted answered the most were: does it make my home smell fresh and clean?, does my home smell warm and inviting to those that visit?, does the smell of my home make people feel comfortable and at ease?Scentsy answered all of these questions for me.
I decided right then that I wanted to join the Scentsy family so I can help others, just like me, to find some amazing scents to fill their homes, for every season, that last and don't break the budget.
I want our children to always feel that they can come home anytime they want and that our home is a clean, comfortable, safe and loving place.
My favorite fragrances I use in my home are food scents like vanilla, cookies and pies. They smell just like they are baking in the oven. I can remember those warm sweet smells coming from my grandmother's kitchen as she baked when I was young and how loved they made me feel.
Scentsy has become a fabulous new chapter to add to the pages in my life story and I want you to be a part of it too. I want to get to know fun and interesting people on my journey, just like you.
